Studio 8 Terms And Conditions

1. Services provided

We provide (including but not limited to):

• Photo and video editing

• Graphic design for digital and print

• Branding and logo creation

• Content formatting and layout design

• Other creative editing and design work as agreed

• Business Growth

• Social Media Production

2. Staff & Customer Treatment

• We are committed to treating all staff members and customers fairly, respectfully, and equally.

• Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this principle.

• We also have the right to refuse service

3. Uploads

All content uploaded by customers must be appropriate and legal.

Content must NOT contain:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material

• Pornography or sexual acts

• Violence, threats, or hate speech

• Defamatory, illegal, or harmful material

• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property

All uploaded content will be reviewed and must be approved by our internal team before being processed by editors.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these standards.

4. Tender

• Full payment must be made before final files are delivered.

• For higher-value projects, preview files or drafts may be provided with visible watermarks until payment is received.

• Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Alternative methods may be considered at our discretion.

• All payments are considered final and non-refundable once work has started, except as required by law.

5. Liability 

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We do not guarantee specific business results or audience response

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service

6. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will not share your files or project details without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel before work begins for a full refund

• After work starts, refunds may be partial or unavailable, depending on work completed

• We may cancel projects if you breach these terms; no refund will be provided in such cases

• After Product has been Delivered/Sent, A Refund can not be issued

8. Ownership

• We retain copyright to drafts and design concepts until full payment is received.

• Upon final payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for agreed purposes.

• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Please note, we may use 3rd party companies for some of our products, to learn more about this please ask one of our team members.
